Returns & Exchange
Moroccan Bronze strives to ensure that all deliveries are received in perfect condition. We advise all customers to exercise care when selecting products online as we do not refund, we only exchange or offer a credit note where applicable. It is your responsibility to inspect the delivery for external damage before you sign for it.
We do not exchange for change of mind. If have purchased the wrong size (clothing), please contact us within 3 days to arrange an exchange. Postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. If there is no longer a replacement available, you will be issued a credit note once the item has been sent back to Moroccan Bronze. Original postage paid is non-refundable.

For faulty items please email email@example.com within 24 hours with your name, and item/s that are faulty, or damaged. Once you have heard back from us, post items (registered or express only) to PO Box 7308 Kaleen ACT 2617. The items need to be posted back to us within 7 days. Please note original Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will try our best to find a replacement. If this is not possible, a credit code will be issued, which needs to be used within 1 month. This is at the discretion of Moroccan Bronze.
PLEASE NOTE - If we don't receive the item/s back we can't offer you a replacement or credit note so please keep the tracking number safe for quick reference.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders delivered within Australia are not subject to duties. GST is not applicable.
